Nice-Sophia Antipolis University

The international development of Nice-Sophia Antipolis University (UNS) is placed at the heart of the Project Higher Education and Research Cluster (PRES) of which the framework agreement was signed on 2008 March, the 28th. The Higher Education and Research Cluster brings together, in the form of an association, Nice-Sophia Antipolis University, the Universities of Genoa, Turin, Corsica and Paris 6.

The international development makes as well a great part of the Five year Plan 2012-2017 agreed between UNS and the French Ministry of Higher education and research.

UNS international development is driven by a Strategic Policy Committee (COS) and a Vice-President.

The management of international relations is organised as follows:
- one central service - the International Relations Department (DRI) -,
- several  International Relations Offices in campuses (Faculties, Higher Schools, Institutes) and a Technical commission (CORI) composed of the Vice-Deans in charge of international relations.

These structures are in relation with other services :
-CALIOPPE, Centre for accomodation, information and guidance for exchange students
- Institute of languages, in charge of the preparation and linguistic support to participants of exchange programmes

Le développement à l'international de l'UNS est au coeur du projet de Pôle de Recherche et d'Enseignement Supérieur (PRES) dont la convention cadre a été signée le 28 Mars 2008. Le PRES réunit, sous la forme d'une association, l'Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis, les Universités de Gênes, Turin, Toulon, de Corse et Paris 6.

L'international constitue également un volet important de développement du Contrat Quinquennal 2012-2017 entre le Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche et l'UNS.

Le développement à l'international de l'UNS est piloté par un Comité d'orientation stratégique (COS) et un Vice-Président.

La gestion et l'administration des relations internationales s'organisent autour d'un service central - la Direction des relations internationales (DRI) -, des Bureaux de relations internationales installés dans les composantes (Facultés, Ecoles, Instituts) et une Commission technique (CORI) composée des Vice-Doyens délégués aux relations internationales des composantes.

Ces structures sont en relation avec d'autres services :
-CALIOPPE, en charge de l'accueil, de l'information et de l'orientation des participants aux programmes d'échanges ;
-L'Institut des langues, en charge de la préparation et du soutien linguistique des participants aux programmes d'échanges ;
